Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and LokaTech ("we," "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the LokaTech website and services.

2. Intellectual Property & Ownership

Upon full payment of all fees associated with a project, you (the Client) will be granted full ownership of the source code, design assets, and intellectual property developed specifically for your project. LokaTech retains the right to use the completed project as part of our portfolio unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed.

3. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• A 50% deposit is required to commence work.
• The remaining 50% balance is due upon project completion and before the final handover of source code/credentials.
• Maintenance fees (if subscribed) are billed annually in advance.

4. Limitation of Liability (Disclaimer)

No Earnings Guarantee: While we build high-performance digital platforms designed to improve conversion rates, LokaTech does not guarantee any specific results, leads, or revenue figures. Your business success depends on various factors beyond our control (e.g., market demand, your ad spend, sales team performance).

In no event will we be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of the use of our services.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of Malaysia. LokaTech and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Malaysia shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
